Janelee Chaparro, reigning Miss Grand International, is in South Sudan to attend the Beauties of South Sudan pageant - run by Atong Demach, Miss World Africa 2012.

Beauties of South Sudan will crown three winners who will represent the country in Miss Grand International, Miss Earth and Miss International.

Atong Demach and Janelee Chaparro competed together in Miss World 2012. The south sudanese was Top 7 finalist and Miss World Africa while the Puerto Rican made the Top 30.
